I am a prebiotic chemist passionate about understanding how life began on Earth. My research explores prebiotic chemistry, the chemical evolution of life, planetary habitability, green chemistry, and geochemistry—with a focus on carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus chemistry. I also study minerals and clay catalysis, phosphate ester synthesis, deep eutectic solvents, meteorites, impact glasses, and hydrothermal processes such as serpentinization.

When I’m not in the lab, I enjoy interior design, collecting fragrances, cooking, and kickboxing—but most of all, I cherish time with my husband and children.
